- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-06-05, by Zeeshan YounasI live in Hammersmith but use to Go to Amersham for service and all the work as I use to think this is a Good dealership but I must say with worst management, specially Service manager James Cousins is doing his best to lose as many customers possible by taking his desperation and anxiety out on customers by threatening them. Worst guy to deal with. I am sure they can promote someone else to that role rather than losing all the valuable customers. I hope they can have somebody more polite than him.
